CAPRICE MOTEL - WILDWOOD, Wildwood

The motel is on Ocean Avenue, placing the beach and boardwalk entrance half a block away. The Wildwood Convention Center is one block north. Morey's Piers and water parks are within a 7-minute walk. Fox Park, adjacent to the property, has tennis and basketball courts and a baseball field. Mack's Pizzeria is next door, and a Family Dollar store is behind the motel for forgotten essentials. The immediate area offers pizza, ice cream, and casual dining along the boardwalk. The location is ideal for exploring Wildwood's attractions without needing a car.

Accommodation types range from double rooms to two-bedroom suites. Two-bedroom king suites have two separate rooms, each with a king bed, plus a private bathroom with bath and shower. Some two-bedroom units have a door separation between the bedrooms. Kitchenette rooms add a stovetop. All rooms have a coffee maker (bring your own coffee and filters), tiled floors, a seating area, and a wardrobe. Certain rooms offer sea views or pool views. No rooms have private balconies, though the motel has shared outdoor walkways. Room entrances are from exterior corridors. Air conditioning units are typically located in the main living area, which may not fully cool separate bedrooms. Note that the motel has no elevator.

The motel features a seasonal outdoor pool with a shallow end, suitable for children. The pool area has a sun terrace with outdoor furniture and a picnic area. Barbecue grills are available. The hot tub is not in working order. Nearby off-site activities include fishing, bowling, windsurfing, tennis, and a water park, all at additional cost. The beach, boardwalk, and amusement piers are within walking distance. The pool area tends to be lively during the day, with families and music, which may not suit those seeking a quiet relaxation spot.
