Jalan Alor food street and Changkat Bukit Bintang nightlife are just minutes away. For car users, central location means peak-hour traffic can be significant. Monorail and MRT provide fast, cheap access across the city and to KL Sentral for airport connections.

Rooms offer high-quality bedding, a choice of soft or firm pillows (pillow menu), black-out shades, and an ergonomic work desk. Standard Queen rooms (30 m2) are compact and suit solo travellers or couples; the smallest rooms can feel tight for two with luggage. Sofa bed rooms (single sofa-bed) accommodate up to three adults, with the sofa set up by housekeeping after check-in. Connecting rooms pair a queen bed room with a twin bed room and require booking two Standard Sofa Room units. No rooms have a balcony or bathtub. Road-facing rooms (especially on lower floors) may pick up street noise; higher-floor rooms away from the road are quieter. The hotel is smoke-free.

Breakfast is an express buffet - not a full hot spread - including pastries, cereals, fruits, eggs, sausages, local dishes (nasi lemak), and a signature hot chocolate.
