The location provides easy access to highways for day trips to Sedona, Phoenix, and other area attractions. A wide range of restaurants, grocery stores (including Costco, Target, and Walmart), and shopping centers are within a short drive. For golfers, the adjacent TPC Scottsdale course is a major draw.

Units range from one to three bedrooms and are designed for extended stays. They feature a separate seating area with a sofa bed, a furnished private patio or balcony, and a dining area.
