HILTON VACATION CLUB SCOTTSDALE LINKS RESORT, Scottsdale

The resort is situated in North Scottsdale on Bell Road, a major thoroughfare. Rooms in buildings close to this road can experience significant traffic noise. The location provides easy access to highways for day trips to Sedona, Phoenix, and other area attractions. A wide range of restaurants, grocery stores (including Costco, Target, and Walmart), and shopping centers are within a short drive. For golfers, the adjacent TPC Scottsdale course is a major draw.

Units range from one to three bedrooms and are designed for extended stays. They feature a separate seating area with a sofa bed, a furnished private patio or balcony, and a dining area. Kitchens are fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. All units include a washer and dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and heating. The decor and fixtures are dated but functional, with some units having been updated. The property has stairs and no elevator, so upper-floor units require climbing steps.

The property does not offer a restaurant, bar, or room service. A small pantry near the lobby sells basic snacks, drinks, beer, wine, and some frozen items for convenience. Each suite's full kitchen is the primary dining option, equipped for cooking and storing groceries. Numerous restaurants offering takeout and delivery are located within a few kilometers, and several grocery stores are less than 3 km away for stocking the kitchen.

The resort offers two outdoor swimming pools heated year-round to 29 °C: a large family pool and a smaller, quieter adults-only pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are complimentary. A hot tub and a fitness center (with Peloton bikes) are on site. Outdoor amenities include BBQ facilities with picnic areas, a children's playground, a putting green, shuffleboard, and ping-pong. Guests can check out outdoor games from the front desk. The adjacent TPC Scottsdale golf course is a short walk away.

The 24-hour front desk provides concierge and tour desk services, key card and key access, and an ATM on site. A business center with fax/photocopying is available for convenience. Dry cleaning and laundry services are offered. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee. A shared lounge/TV area and vending machines for drinks and snacks are located on site. The property is gated and has CCTV in common areas and outside, with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers for safety.
