All rooms include air conditioning, heating, carpeted floors, and private bathrooms with free toiletries. While many guests find the rooms clean and well-maintained, patterns of occasional maintenance issues-such as broken AC or stained carpets-have been noted. Rooms facing internal corridors are generally quiet, but noise from above can be heard in lower floors. For the best rest, a top-floor room is recommended. Kitchens in some suites are equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and sink, offering extra convenience for longer stays.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and offers a standard Holiday Inn Express spread: hot items (scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal), make-your-own waffles, breads, and yogurt. Fresh whole fruit and a rotating hot cereal are also provided. While the variety is ample, guests staying multiple nights may find the menu repetitive-nearby restaurants (within 0.5 km) provide alternative dining options. The lobby coffee is available throughout the day. For alcohol or more substantial meals, the Galleria area has numerous full-service restaurants.

The pool area is well-maintained and a popular spot for families, especially children. Sun loungers and pool towels are supplied, and the shallow end makes it suitable for younger swimmers. The fitness centre is compact but functional, with treadmills, an elliptical, and free weights. No spa, sauna, or whirlpool facilities are on-site. The pool and fitness room are both complimentary for all guests.

Services include daily housekeeping (free), laundry (additional charge), and business amenities such as fax/photocopying. The 24-hour front desk can handle packages (must be labelled with guest name and arrival date). Safety features: CCTV, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, key card access, and free safety deposit boxes. The property has a lift, family rooms, facilities for disabled guests, a designated smoking area, and an on-site minimarket with vending machines. No airport shuttle or valet parking is offered. For remote work, the lobby has a small business office that can be used for calls or webinars.
