Several restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive, including Olive Garden, Chili's, and Dickey's Barbecue Pit. Each room includes air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bath or shower, plus ironing facilities, a hairdryer, and a tea and coffee maker. Every room has a balcony, though some sliding doors have been reported as jammed. While many rooms are clean and comfortable, some areas of the property - particularly on the left side of the building - have had issues with cleanliness, such as stained carpets and dirty floors. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so some guests have experienced recently updated rooms with hardwood-style floors, while others have encountered older units. Key cards may deactivate after a day or so and need to be re-encoded at the front desk.

The seasonal outdoor pool is generally clean and well-kept (max depth 1.4 m, ideal for children). It is open during warmer months but has been closed during off-season periods. The hotel also features a fitness centre with free access for guests, and barbecue facilities for outdoor cooking. The pool area provides a pleasant space for relaxation, and guests have noted that the surrounding atmosphere is quiet. The hotel's gated parking and security guards contribute to a safe environment for evening use of the pool area.
