HOME2 SUITES BY HILTON BOSTON SOUTH BAY, Boston

The hotel is located in Boston's South Bay area, 17 minutes on foot from Carson Beach and 4 km from Boston South Station. Andrew Square T station (Red Line) is a 10-minute walk, providing direct service to downtown Boston and connections to Logan Airport (8 km away) and the JFK Presidential Library (4 km). The immediate area includes a shopping centre (Target, Stop & Shop, Olive Garden, Chipotle) and Polish shops. For drivers, downtown is about 15 minutes by car, but parking at the hotel is paid. The neighbourhood is generally safe, though the area further out can be less so; walking alone late at night is not recommended. Public transport via the T is the most practical way to explore the city.

The hotel's wellness facilities consist of a fitness centre with free weights, treadmills, and elliptical machines. It is generally clean but can be busy. Laundry facilities (coin-operated washers and dryers) are available inside the fitness centre; detergent can be purchased from the Home2 market and quarters from the front desk. There is no pool, spa, or sauna. The surrounding area offers ice-skating and boating (seasonal), but these are not hotel-operated. The gym is a useful perk for maintaining routines while traveling.

The hotel provides free WiFi in public areas; connectivity can be spotty in rooms according to some. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage, express check-in/out, and safety deposit box (free). A business centre with fax/photocopying is available. Self-parking costs $20-25 per night and is located on-site and across the street; no reservation needed. The parking lot is shared with other hotels and can fill up. Wheelchair accessible rooms and amenities (lower sinks, grab rails, visual aids) are available. Laundry service is coin-operated. Pets are allowed (likely fees apply) and are placed on first floor. A $100 security deposit is required at check-in. Minimum check-in age is 21. The hotel features key card access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
