The hotel is in the thriving Brickell area, less than 2 km from Brickell City Centre and a short walk from the Metromover free monorail and Metrorail, which provide direct access to downtown Miami ($2.25 to the airport). The M-Path across the street connects to these stations and the surrounding area. A Publix supermarket and a playground are within a 3-8 minute walk. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes by car from the Port of Miami, 15-20 minutes from Miami International Airport, and 7 km from AmericanAirlines Arena. Some rooms overlook the adjacent parking garage or train tracks; the free trolley stop is also nearby.

All suites include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, dishwasher, and coffee maker, plus a dedicated living area with a sofa bed. Room types range from King Studios (open-plan) to One-Bedroom King Suites with or without Bay views. The One-Bedroom King Suite and the One-Bedroom King Suite with Bay View are the only rooms that have a door separating the bedroom from the living space - all other units are studio-style without such a door. Only the Double Queen suites offer bathtubs. No rooms have balconies. Air conditioning, heating, and ironing facilities are provided. Rooms facing the road or train tracks can be noisier; those with windows facing the interior garage have limited views.

Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 on weekdays and 7:00 to 10:00 on weekends. The buffet includes eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, toast, and coffee; variety can be limited and hot items may run low during busy periods. A 24-hour on-site mini-market is available for snacks and essentials. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner, but the Brickell area, a 10-minute walk away, offers numerous restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
