Several restaurants, including Hog Heaven, The Island Grille, and The O.V., are within walking distance. The Islamorada Sand Bar is about 1 km offshore. The property is right off US 1, which provides convenient access but can result in some road noise.

Accommodations include Queen Rooms, new mobile homes, King Suites, and Family Suites. King Suites offer one king bed, a queen futon, a full kitchen, and ocean-front access via sliding doors. Family Suites vary; some have a separate bedroom with a queen and twins, while others include a king and twins. The property is older and has a retro Florida vibe with varying décor. Some units may have compact layouts, while others are spacious. Light sleepers may hear road noise from US 1.
