The property sits on Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach, directly across from the ocean. The public beach access is a 2-5 minute walk with no crossing of major roads. The immediate area offers a wide range of dining choices: L'Artisane, Blue Beer Garden, Cypo Cafe Brazilian Restaurant, Sazon Cuban Cuisine, and many more within 0.5 km. A Publix supermarket and CVS/Walgreens pharmacies are also within a few blocks. The free Miami Beach trolley stop (serving the full island up to South Beach) and a local bus stop are very close, making a rental car optional for getting around. Miami International Airport is about 17 km away; Miami Beach Convention Center is 8 km from the hotel.

All units at Seaside All Suites Hotel feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, and dishes - designed for self-catering. Room sizes are generous (around 37 m2 for the queen studio). Bedding is queen-size; some units have two queen beds. Private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Air conditioning is standard and described as effective, though some older units have noisier wall units. The seating area includes a sofa and dining table, plus a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Rooms are set across several buildings; a few have been recently refreshed, while others show wear. Balconies are not available, and windows in some rooms do not open. Road-facing rooms can experience traffic noise, but many units in quieter buildings are noted as surprisingly peaceful. Luggage storage is not offered.

The beach is the main leisure attraction - just one block away, with soft sand and public access. The hotel supplies complimentary beach towels for guests to use during their stay. The nearby sister hotel also offers a pool and free happy hour. North Beach Oceanside Park is a 15-minute walk and provides shaded grass areas ideal for relaxing. There is no spa or fitness center on site.
