The Bell Centre is about 20 minutes on foot. Two metro stations are nearby, and the 747 bus from YUL airport stops within the area. There is a large homeless mission across the street; the immediate area is busy and felt less safe by some visitors. The Christmas market at Place des Arts is a 15-minute walk away. Numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are within a short walk.

The hotel offers studio and one-bedroom suites (e.g., King Studio ~36 m²) and family rooms with two queen beds plus a sofa bed.
