Room sizes vary significantly: some are spacious while others are very compact, especially those with a king bed that fills most of the floor space. All rooms include a private bathroom (some with a tub-shower combination), air conditioning, refrigerator, flat-screen TV with streaming services, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Noise insulation between rooms and from the hallway is limited, so light sleepers may want a room away from the street and higher floors. Some rooms have poor light-blocking curtains; a few face interior air-conditioning units. Recent renovations have improved many units, but maintenance issues (e.g., broken drawers, deadbolts) are reported. The elevator only reaches the third floor; fourth-floor rooms require stairs.
