Parking is valet-only and costs $50 per night; there is no self-parking option. The entrance driveway is a single lane, which can cause brief waits during peak check-in times. The hop-on/off trolley stop is close by but can be crowded. Ongoing construction on adjacent properties may create noise and obstruct some river views from lower floors.

Room types include Queen Studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Studio suites are a single open room; one- and two-bedroom suites have a private bedroom.
