Despite being in a busy zone, the apartment is on a quieter side street, offering a more restful base than properties directly on the main thoroughfare. Nearby restaurants include Mercado de la Reina (0.5 km) and El Tigre (0.5 km), and a Carrefour Express supermarket is close by for essentials.

The apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed and two living rooms, one of which contains a sofa bed. The unit is compact - opening the sofa bed leaves little free space in the living area, making it unsuitable for three or four adults travelling together. The bathroom is very narrow; taller guests (over 185 cm) may find the toilet and shower cubicle cramped. The double bed and sofa bed are both described as very firm, and pillows are thin. Air conditioning is available but has been reported as non-functional in some instances, while the hot water system has a small tank requiring 90 minutes between showers. Noise from downstairs bars and neighbours carries through the building. Some fixtures show wear: doors may not close properly, and electrical cables have been patched with tape.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and electric kettle. However, the kitchen has been reported as not clean, with leftover food from previous stays and a broken coffee maker in some cases. Plates and glasses may require re-washing before use. There are no complimentary coffee pods or basic cooking staples provided. For meals, the surrounding area offers numerous dining options within a 2-5 minute walk, including Mercado de la Reina, El Tigre, and multiple Spanish and international restaurants.
