Bernabéu Stadium and Paseo de la Castellana are both a 15-minute walk away, and the Azca-Bernabeu business district is 10 minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants, bars, and a market are within a short walking distance, while a Carrefour Market (open 24 hours) and a Lidl supermarket are also nearby. The area is well served by city buses. The street immediately around the building can feel busy, with the ground-floor kebab shop contributing to a lively atmosphere.

Rooms are practical and compact, with functional pastel-coloured décor. Each comes with air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a desk, telephone, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries (though availability of toiletries has been inconsistent). Single, double, and triple rooms are available. The double room offers a wardrobe, while the triple room provides three beds. Upper-floor rooms are accessible by lift, but reaching the lift requires climbing two flights of stairs from street level. Room size is compact: some units are very small, with the bathroom being particularly tight. Road-facing rooms can experience street noise, and rooms on lower floors or at the back may have odours from the ground-floor kebab shop or from building pipes. Windows and blinds have been reported as poorly sealing in some rooms, which can affect temperature control and noise. Some rooms have a small balcony.

There is no restaurant on site, and breakfast is not offered. A vending machine with drinks is available in the building. However, the location is a strength for dining, with numerous restaurants, bars, and a market within a 2-minute walk. Options within 300-500 metres include The Good Burger, Paraiso del Jamon, Donghua House, El Turia, La Encarnacion, La Andaluza, and Papizza Bravo Murillo. A McDonald's, Little Caesars pizza, and a Carrefour Market open 24 hours are all nearby, giving plenty of choice for any meal. Guests who prefer to prepare their own food have access to a shared microwave.
