Organised pub crawls (additional charge) and free walking tours depart from the property, providing a social way to explore the city. A well-equipped communal kitchen and a lounge area with books and tabletop games offer a relaxed space to meet other travellers.

Wi-Fi is available and free in all rooms, though signal strength can vary; some rooms experience a weaker connection. A daily-changing code system controls access to the building, stairwell, and room, providing a high level of security. Luggage storage is available free of charge until 18:00 on the day of checkout, allowing guests to explore the city after check-out. A safety deposit box is available free of charge. Additional services include laundry and ironing services for a fee, and express check-in/out. An ATM / cash machine is located on site. Pets are not allowed.
