Bourse and Grands Boulevards stations (lines 3, 8, 9) are a two-minute walk, giving direct metro connections to most tourist sites. The surrounding neighbourhood is lively, with many bars, restaurants and cafés on the same block. Safe and walkable, the area allows car-free exploration of central Paris. Railway stations such as Gare du Nord are reachable by metro in about 15minutes. For drivers, no hotel parking exists; the nearest public car park is a three-minute walk away.

Room types include double, twin and family rooms. Twin rooms have two single beds (80x190cm). Family rooms offer two beds and are larger. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a jacuzzi bathtub. Rooms are en suite and non-smoking. Air conditioning is installed but has been intermittently non-functional; a fan is provided when available.
