HOTEL AGENOR, Paris

The area is well served by public transport: Gaîté Metro (line 13) connects directly to the Champs-Élysées, while Montparnasse station (lines 4, 6, 12, 13, RER B) provides access across Paris and to Porte de Versailles. Luxembourg Gardens and the quieter George Brassens Park are a 20-minute walk away. The immediate surroundings are filled with shops, cafés, and restaurants-over a dozen dining options lie within 0.5 km, including Asian and French bistros-making the location practical for eating out. The street itself is calm, and the district feels safe even late at night. For car users, street parking is available (paid by day, free overnight) and the Montparnasse station car park offers a cheaper €4/hour alternative.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, hot drinks, and fruit. The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar, or room service for other meals. However, the surrounding streets are dense with dining options (at least eight restaurants within 0.5 km, including Vietnamese, Indian, and French cuisines), and there is a minimarket on site. For guests who prefer to keep food in their room, every room has a refrigerator. The breakfast offering is useful for a light start before heading out, but those wanting a more substantial meal will find many cafés and bistros within a short walk.

Wellness facilities are limited to the interior patio, which offers a place to sit and relax, and a small garden terrace. For green space, Luxembourg Gardens and George Brassens Park are both a 20-minute walk away. The hotel's location is better suited to guests who plan to spend their time exploring the city rather than using on-site leisure amenities.

The 24-hour front desk provides express check-in/out, safety deposit boxes, and lockers for securing valuables. Daily housekeeping and ironing service are included. Business facilities (fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet rooms) are available for an additional charge. Accessibility features include a lift (though it only reaches the half-landing), accessible parking options, and rooms on the ground floor are available. Luggage storage is free for up to 24 hours for current hotel. Air conditioning and heating are present in all rooms, and the building is smoke-free with a designated smoking area. The hotel has a minimarket on site and offers safety features such as fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and 24-hour security.
