The hotel is located in the heart of Turin, within a 10-minute walk of the Royal Palace, Piazza Castello, and the Egyptian Museum. The bus stop for the shuttle to Sandro Pertini Airport is just outside, and the airport itself is about 25 minutes away by public transport. For travellers by car, the underground parking at Porta Nuova station (€16/day) is 150 metres away. The immediate area is lively day and night, with a cluster of restaurants, cafés, and shops within 300 metres. Note that the station area can attract rough sleepers at night, so extra caution when returning late is advisable.

All rooms are non-smoking and come with a private bathroom featuring a hairdryer and shower. The single room has a 100 cm wide bed; double rooms have two single beds or a double mattress. Economy double rooms have an even more compact layout with essential furniture. Some rooms have a courtyard view that is noticeably quieter than street-facing ones. The building dates from the 19th century, so rooms have high ceilings but thin walls - noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms can travel. Air conditioning is available but may be centrally controlled and some units produce a humming sound; during cooler months the heating is turned off between 22:00 and 08:00. Bathrooms are often very small, with compact showers. No rooms have a balcony, fridge, or tea/coffee facilities. Beds are generally comfortable, though some mattresses show wear.

The breakfast buffet includes continental and English options, with hot items such as scrambled eggs, a variety of breads and pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit, and cakes. Vegan and gluten-free options are available on request; plant-based milk includes soya and rice but not oat milk. The breakfast charge of 10 EUR per person is not included by default and must be added when booking or at check-in. For lunch and dinner, the surrounding streets are filled with restaurants offering Italian, Japanese, and other cuisines - all within a 300-metre walk. The hotel does not operate a bar or in-room dining service.

Within a 15-minute walk are the Royal Gardens, perfect for a shady break, and the sprawling Parco del Valentino along the Po River. Valentino Park offers walking paths, a medieval village, and the Valentino Castle, making it a good option for a picnic or an afternoon stroll. For organised wellness, the hotel has an agreement with QC Terme Torino - guests can ask at reception for a discount ticket. No on-site leisure facilities such as a fitness area or sauna are available.

Check-in is handled 24 hours a day; late arrivals are no problem. Luggage storage is free and available before check-in or after check-out - bags are kept in a room near the lift without individual tags, so keep valuables with you. Daily housekeeping is provided. A safety deposit box at reception is free of charge. The lift serves all floors. Pets are allowed on request with possible charges. The hotel does not have its own parking, but two paid public garages are within a few minutes' walk. Airport transfer can be arranged at the reception (€50 for up to 2 people, €65 for 3-5). Laundry service is available at an additional charge. For families, the Family Package adds baby equipment (cot, changing mat, bottle warmer) and children's breakfast items; the Comfort Package includes a bathrobe, slippers, professional hairdryer, and free minibar - both packages require a direct booking.
