HOTEL AVENIR JONQUIERE, Paris

The hotel sits in a popular Parisian neighbourhood filled with bars, restaurants, bakeries and shops. Guy Moquet metro station (line 13) is a two-minute walk, and the nearby tram and bus stops provide alternative routes. Sacré-Coeur is 2 km away, a 15-minute metro ride, while Opéra Garnier is 2 km from the property. The location is well suited for both leisure exploration and commuting to Saint-Denis University. The immediate street is lively, with two bars directly adjacent that can be audible from street-facing rooms.

Breakfast is a continental-style offering with bread, pastries, orange juice and coffee. While the property has no restaurant, the surrounding area (within a three-minute walk) offers numerous cafés, bakeries and casual dining options including French bistros, vegan and international cuisine. Guests planning on breakfast at the hotel should confirm availability and cost with the reception at the time of booking, as it is not automatically included.
