HOTEL AVIATIC, Paris

Mouton-Duvernet Metro station (line 4) is just a two-minute walk, reaching central Paris landmarks like Notre-Dame in about 18 minutes. For Orly Airport, buses depart from Denfert Rochereau (line 6, 500 metres away), which also provides direct access to the Eiffel Tower in 20 minutes. The 14th arrondissement is a lively residential area with numerous cafés, bakeries, and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, making it convenient for dining and daily essentials.

All rooms include a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Double and triple rooms also have a minifridge. Some rooms face a quiet inner courtyard; those on the street side may experience more noise. Rooms are basic and compact-typical for a two-star Paris hotel. The property has no elevator, so ground-floor rooms are advisable for those with mobility concerns or heavy luggage. Air conditioning is being installed and is expected to be operational by summer. Cots are available on request for families.

The hotel offers luggage storage from 8:00 on check-in day and after check-out, allowing you to explore the city freely. A self-service check-in machine is available for arrivals outside reception hours (reception is not 24/7). There is no elevator, but ground-floor rooms can be requested. Private parking is available at a nearby car park (Indigo Alésia) for €25 per day, but must be reserved well in advance as spaces are limited. The hotel accepts major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Maestro, MasterCard.
