Hotel Details

Location

Situated on a quiet street in the lively Montparnasse district, a 5-minute walk from two metro stations and the main train station.

The hotel is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Montparnasse-Bienvenüe train station and the Montparnasse and Denfert-Rochereau metro stops. This provides direct RER B access to both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports, making it exceptionally convenient for air travelers. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, bakeries, and shops, particularly on the nearby Rue Daguerre. Despite being so central, the hotel's street is calm and quiet, and the area feels safe even at night. The Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre is 5 km away.

Dining

A buffet breakfast is served daily for 14 EUR, with the option of in-room service. No restaurant is on-site.

Breakfast is a buffet offering croissants, baguettes, fried eggs, cheese, pastries, yogurt, coffee, and juice. It is served in a dedicated breakfast room and can also be ordered to your room. While the selection is standard for a Parisian hotel, some items may not be restocked promptly after 8:00 AM. Since the hotel has no restaurant, guests rely on the many dining options within a 2-minute walk, including Enzo, Chez Papa, Vin et Maree Maine, and La Forchetta, all 0.5 km away.

Wellness and Leisure

The hotel features a peaceful inner courtyard patio and a garden terrace, providing a green space for relaxation.

The hotel's only leisure facility is its charming inner courtyard and garden terrace. This quiet, plant-filled space is furnished with tables and chairs, offering a pleasant setting for reading, enjoying a drink, or unwinding after a day of sightseeing. It is a popular communal area, though smoking is permitted here.

Facilities and Services

Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and laundry services are available.

The hotel offers 24-hour reception and concierge service, free luggage storage, and express check-in/check-out. Cleaning services include daily housekeeping (free) and laundry (additional charge). A shared lounge/TV area is available. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged from the hotel to the airport only. A coffee shop is on-site, and room service is available. Business facilities include fax/photocopying. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and free safety deposit boxes in rooms. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, but smoking is permitted in the courtyard.

01
Request a room away from the courtyard or the ground-floor workstation if you are sensitive to noise, as sound insulation between rooms and from common areas can be limited.
02
Use the free luggage storage if you arrive before 15:00 check-in or have a late departure, allowing you to explore the neighborhood unencumbered.
03
Consider using the OrlyBus (€9) from Denfert-Rochereau or the RER B (approx. €15) from CDG for airport transfers, as the hotel's paid shuttle is only available from the hotel to the airport.
04
Book a room at the front of the building if you prefer more natural light and a street view, as courtyard-facing rooms can be darker and are affected by smoking in the patio.
