Orly Airport is 13 km away and easily accessible via bus or metro. All rooms include a private bathroom, parquet or carpeted floors, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and a work desk. Room categories range from single to quadruple, some with two or three beds. The property is older and shows signs of wear: worn furnishings, occasional mould, and thin walls that may carry noise. Mattress firmness varies; some are soft or have dips. There is no air conditioning, but heating is effective in cold months. Windows offer city or quiet street views. No rooms have balconies. The lift serves all floors.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or bar. Breakfast is not included by default and can be selected as an optional extra when booking.
