The hotel is on a quiet street but within steps of the vibrant Saint-Lazare transport hub (metro, RER, bus) and the shopping district of Boulevard Haussmann. Most major landmarks are within a 10-30 minute walk: Opéra Garnier, Place de la Madeleine, and the luxury boutiques of Faubourg Saint-Honoré are at 10 minutes; Montmartre, the Louvre, and the Champs-Élysées at 30 minutes. Metro Line 13 and RER A stations are 100 metres away, providing direct connections to La Défense (under 30 min), Villepinte exhibition centre (35 min), Porte de Versailles (25 min), Stade de France (30 min), and both CDG and Orly airports (about 45 minutes by transit). No hotel parking is available, but the paid Saint-Lazare car park is 100 metres away. The central position makes walking the primary mode for sightseeing.

All rooms are compact but functional, with natural tones, air conditioning, double-glazed windows, a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, minibar, safe, flat-screen TV, desk, and tea/coffee facilities. Single rooms lack a window and are best for short solo stays with minimal luggage. Double and twin rooms (14 m2) face the street; some have a balcony (available on request, not guaranteed). Triple rooms (18 m2) have three single beds, double-glazed windows, and a work desk. A baby cot is available at no extra charge. Rooms are cleaned daily, but storage space is minimal - wardrobes are open racks with hangers and no drawers. Road-facing rooms can experience street noise; rooms on upper floors may have lift engine noise. Only the triple room on the ground floor has a shower instead of a bathtub. The lift serves all floors but is narrow (fits one person without luggage).

Breakfast is a continental buffet with fresh bread, artisanal jams, pastries, cereals, dairy, seasonal and dried fruits, cold cuts, and hard-boiled eggs. Omelettes or fried eggs are available on request. Beverages include fruit juice, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and Baronny's Excellence Bio tea. The breakfast room is in the basement. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, but the immediate neighbourhood offers numerous cafés, bakeries, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Breakfast is paid separately at €14 and is not included in room rates. Breakfast can be served in the room (in-room breakfast is an available service).

The 24-hour front desk offers a multilingual team (French, English, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Japanese) who can assist with tours, taxis, and general enquiries. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out, located in a secure area near reception. Laundry service (washing and ironing) is available for a fee; items dropped off before 10am are returned the same day by 7pm. A clothes iron is available on request. The lift has sound controls, tactile buttons, and braille for accessibility. One ground-floor room is fully accessible (PRM standard) with a shower. Pets (small dogs and cats under 50cm and 10 kg) are allowed free of charge but must not be left alone in the room and are not permitted in the cafeteria.
