The hotel is in the Grünau district, roughly 9 km from Berlin Brandenburg Airport and 17 km from Alexanderplatz. The East Side Gallery is 14 km away. Public transport is efficient: the S-Bahn station S-Grünau is a short walk (2 minutes by bus 263), and a direct train reaches central Berlin in about 30 minutes. A bus 163 line also stops nearby. Several supermarkets (Netto, Lidl, Rewe) are within a 5-minute walk, and two restaurants (Il Gatto, Plus Minus Null) are about 1 km away. The area is undergoing active residential construction; access to the hotel is via a temporary walkway over a building site, and noise and dust are common during daytime hours. Weekend stays are quieter.

Single and double rooms are available, each with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Rooms come with a kitchenette containing a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and basic kitchenware. All units have a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a tea/coffee maker, dining area, wardrobe, and an inner courtyard view. Double rooms have 2 single beds. The rooms are generally spacious, quiet and clean, with plenty of storage. Some rooms offer a view of nearby woodland. No rooms have a balcony. Beds are firm and comfortable, shower water pressure is strong, and free WiFi is available in all rooms. Rooms may feel warm in summer as there is no air conditioning; windows can be opened for ventilation.

Breakfast is served as a continental buffet with fresh bread, pastries, cheese, fruits, juice, and halal options. The breakfast room is functional but limited in atmosphere and space. For more variety or a hot meal, several supermarkets (Netto, Lidl, Rewe) within a 5-minute walk provide ingredients for self-catering using the in-room kitchenette. Two restaurants, Il Gatto and Plus Minus Null, are about 1 km away. There is no restaurant or bar on site.
