HOLI CITY APART HOTEL BERLIN, Berlin

The hotel sits on a quiet residential street in Lichtenberg, a 10-minute walk from Lichtenberg station (U5 and S-Bahn lines). From there, Alexanderplatz is reachable in 15 minutes, and most central attractions are within 40 minutes by public transport. Several supermarkets (Rewe, Kaufland, Lidl) are within a few minutes' walk, along with bakeries and casual dining. Street parking is free and usually available, and the neighbourhood feels safe at night. The area has good bus connections, and Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg are easily accessible by train.

Holi's Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 12:00 to 21:00 (closed Wednesdays), serving German and international cuisine at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet (€14.50) includes continental items, bread, cold cuts, eggs, and hot drinks. Breakfast operates from 07:00 (likely) until 10:00, but popular items may run out after 09:30 and are not always refilled, so earlier arrival is advisable. The restaurant also has a pleasant terrace and a beer garden for outdoor dining. A bar and coffee shop are on site. Special diet menus are available on request. The surrounding area offers additional dining options within walking distance.

The property does not have a spa, pool, or fitness facilities. Leisure options are limited to the outdoor terrace and garden area, which are available for seating and dining. Board games are provided for on-site entertainment. The quiet residential setting is suitable for relaxed evenings after exploring the city.
