Lake Flaten (reachable by bus) is a short distance away for a swim in summer. For airport transfers: Arlanda Express to Stockholm Central, then the green metro to Skarpnäck; for Skavsta airport, take Flygbussarna coach to the city and connect via metro.

Accommodation ranges from compact single rooms without windows (ventilation provided) to larger twin and double rooms, some with multiple windows. Room 213 and 306 are noted as quieter options; rooms facing the front street may experience road noise-these rooms are supplied with earplugs.
