The property is situated in a calm, safe area with direct water views and a promenade. The bus stop (routes 53, 55) is immediately outside, providing a 20-minute ride to the city centre. The Saltsjöqvarn ferry pier is a short walk downhill, offering a scenic 10-15 minute trip to Nybrogatan, Djurgården (museums), and the city centre. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and several restaurants (Henricks, Marina Tapas) are within 1 km. Note that the pedestrian bridge near the property is under construction, making foot access slightly more circuitous in 2025. The Viking Line ferry terminal is also reachable for connections to Helsinki and Tallinn.

Each unit features a private entrance, a seating area with a sofa bed, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a well-fitted kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and tea/coffee maker. Bed configurations include 1, 2, or 3 beds. Some rooms have a patio or balcony, while others have large windows with harbour or street views. Rooms are clean, quiet, and secure, with soundproofing effective enough for a restful stay. Storage space is limited - there are no wardrobes or drawers. Ground-floor and street-facing studios may feel darker and less private. No television is provided. Rooms are kept very clean, but no daily housekeeping is included.

The property itself does not have a pool, spa, gym, or sauna. The surrounding area includes opportunities for ice-skating and winter sports. The waterfront promenade and park along the water are ideal for walking or jogging.
