The neighbourhood feels safe day and night, with a supermarket 150 metres away and numerous restaurants, bakeries, and bars within a 5-minute walk. For car-free travel, the metro and bus stops are the primary options; there is no parking available at the hotel.

Each room includes air conditioning, heating, parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a wardrobe (small in triple rooms - limited hanging space), a safe, and a hairdryer. Triple rooms have three single beds; doubles have one double bed. Some rooms are recently renovated with modern decor, while others are more dated. Room sizes are compact, and the shower cubicles are notably small - this may be less comfortable for larger guests. Sound insulation between rooms and from the street is limited, so road-facing rooms can be noisy. No rooms have a balcony. USB-C ports are available in some rooms.
