Hotel Details

Location

Hotel Eva is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Milano Centrale station and its metro/tram connections, putting the city centre within easy reach.

The hotel is situated in Milan's best-rated area, within a 10-15 minute walk from metro stations (Centrale, Repubblica) and a tram stop right outside the building. The Duomo is a pleasant 20-30 minute walk, or a short tram ride. The area is well-served by supermarkets, restaurants (e.g. Osteria del Lazzaretto, Il Caminetto) and cafes. Linate Airport is about 7 km away, accessible via a quick train or taxi journey. For those arriving by car, note there is no on-site parking.

Accommodation

The hotel offers basic 1-star rooms - single, twin/double, and triple - all with shared bathrooms, tiled floors, heating, a work desk, and a TV.

Rooms are compact and dated, with older furniture and decor. Some rooms have a sink inside the room for convenience. A fan is provided in most rooms, though no air conditioning is available. Rooms facing the street can be very noisy from the tram line, so a courtyard-facing room is recommended for light sleepers. The property has a very small lift (one person plus luggage) to the fourth floor. Free toiletries and a TV are provided. For a better sleep, consider requesting a room with a private bathroom and air conditioning, as upgrades are sometimes possible at booking.

Dining

The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but the surrounding area is full of affordable dining options.

Within a 3-minute walk you will find a wide variety of restaurants, from Italian (Osteria del Lazzaretto, Il Caminetto) to Japanese (Nara Sushi), Indian (The Dhaba), and gelato (Duomo Gelatieri). The hotel's 24-hour reception can offer local recommendations. A microwave and kettle are available at reception for guest use.

01
Request a room facing the courtyard to minimize noise from the tram line that runs directly outside the building.
02
Book only for short stays (1-2 nights) - the basic, dated rooms and shared bathrooms are less suitable for longer trips.
03
Use the 24-hour reception and luggage storage if arriving late or needing to explore after checking out.
04
For a cooler stay in summer, request a room with a private bathroom or air conditioning at booking, as not all rooms have it.
