The Palazzo dei Congressi conference centre is 50 metres away and the Fortezza da Basso exhibition halls are 100 metres away, making it a strong choice for business visitors. Numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk.

Room types include single, double, twin, triple, and quadruple configurations, plus economy rooms with simpler furnishings. Many rooms are spacious with tiled floors and high ceilings, though some are compact. A balcony with partial Duomo views is available in certain rooms but is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed at booking. Road-facing rooms can experience street noise; interior rooms are quieter. The hotel operates on the 3rd or 4th floor of a shared building; a vintage lift serves the building but requires climbing about 10 stairs from street level.
