TIMHOTEL PARIS GARE MONTPARNASSE, Paris

The hotel sits directly opposite the Montparnasse Tower, less than 150 metres from Gare Montparnasse station. The metro (Montparnasse-Bienvenüe, lines 6, 12, 13) is a few steps away, alongside bus routes 28, 39, 94, 95 and 96. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take RER B to Denfert-Rochereau, then metro line 6 to Montparnasse-Bienvenüe. Orly Airport is 16 km away (taxi approx. €32). The area is packed with restaurants, cafés, theatres and shops. The Luxembourg Gardens and Saint-Germain-des-Prés are within 20 minutes on foot. The station location means the area is lively at all hours but also practical for onward train travel to Lourdes or other French cities.

Five room types are available: Individual Comfort (9 m², 1 single bed 90x190 cm), Comfort Double (140x190 cm bed, shower or bath), Comfort Twin (two 80x190 cm beds), Triple Room (140x190 cm + 80x190 cm or three singles, with safe and courtesy tray), and Superior Double/Triple (up to 15 m², with safe, Nespresso machine, bathrobes, slippers; some Superior Triples have two separate rooms). All rooms have en-suite bathrooms (shower or bath), a flat-screen TV (satellite channels), hairdryer, tea/coffee-making kit, free toiletries, and carpeted floor. No rooms have a balcony. Some Superior rooms on the sixth floor offer Eiffel Tower views. The lift is very small (fits one person with a suitcase). Rooms are generally compact; twin and superior categories tend to feel more spacious. Road-facing rooms may experience street noise.

Breakfast is served as an all-you-can-eat buffet each morning. On weekdays, times are standard; on Saturday and Sunday it runs from 06:30 to 11:00. The selection is continental-style, including bread, pastries, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, and hot drinks. Coffee quality has been noted as basic. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the surrounding Montparnasse area offers dozens of dining options within a few minutes' walk: crêperies, Italian, Asian, and French bistros are all nearby. No fridge is provided in rooms; storage for medication can be arranged at reception.

No on-site wellness facilities are available. The hotel does not have a gym, spa, sauna, or jacuzzi. For leisure, the hotel's location offers direct access to the Montparnasse Tower, Luxembourg Gardens (20-minute walk), and the Jardin des Grands Explorateurs. The Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain-des-Prés are within walking distance. A 5-km walk through the area takes about an hour; running the same route takes about 30 minutes. The Bobino and Montparnasse theatres are also nearby.

Free unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is available in public areas and throughout the hotel.
