All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a work desk, and a private bathroom with a shower. Deluxe doubles are located on the 4th floor and are noticeably larger, offering more space to move and store luggage. Standard doubles are very compact-manoeuvring around the bed can be tight, and opening a suitcase may block access to the bathroom. Some rooms have a small seating area. The lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom is dim, making tasks like reading or applying makeup difficult. Bathrooms vary: some have a spacious shower with good pressure; others have mould around the shower edges and ceiling, a leaking shower tray, and a noisy sliding door that does not close fully-providing little privacy for sounds or smells. The lift is very small (fits one person and a small bag); stairs without handrails are the alternative. Views are almost always inward-facing-over a lightwell or interior wall. The property is non-smoking throughout. Safe, heating, and hairdryer are provided. No balcony or refrigerator.

Breakfast includes one croissant per person, bread, butter, jam, honey, yogurt, fruit juice, and hot drinks (tea and coffee). It is a compact spread-no hot dishes, cheese, ham, or fresh fruit-most useful as a quick start before heading out. The breakfast room itself is pleasant and calm. With no restaurant on site, lunch and dinner rely on the eight nearby restaurants within a three-minute walk, covering French, Thai, and classic bistro cuisine. The surrounding Saint-Germain-des-Prés area is filled with cafés and patisseries for alternative breakfasts or daytime meals.

Leisure activities rely on the surrounding area. Luxembourg Gardens (5 minutes on foot) offers lawns, fountains, and walking paths. The Odéon theatre, cinema, and independent bookshops are steps away. The Seine riverbanks, the Latin Quarter's nightlife, and dozens of museums and galleries are accessible on foot or via metro.
