The hostel sits in a central neighbourhood, with most major attractions - including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Spanish Steps - within a 15- to 20-minute walk. Termini Station is easily reached on foot for trains and airport connections, and a metro stop is just 5 minutes away. Public buses stop 300 metres from the property. A paid shuttle service is also available. No on-site parking: using public transport or walking is the most practical way to get around.

Accommodation ranges from private double, twin, family and suite rooms to shared dorms (mixed or female-only). Private rooms can be used as singles. Family rooms and some quadruple rooms feature a private terrace. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom with shower - towels can be rented. In dorms, each bed has a privacy curtain on the lower level and a privacy board on the top. A personal under-bed drawer (requires a padlock, sold at reception) provides storage. The bunk bed construction can transmit movement noise, and the vinyl mattress covers may feel warm or cause bottom sheets to slip. Rooms are cleaned daily, but bed linens are provided and need to be fitted by the guest. A lift provides access to upper floors.

The on-site restaurant Ristorante #1 is open for lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour, offering Italian dishes including vegetarian and vegan choices. The bar serves drinks, coffee, and snacks, and hosts evening entertainment such as live music, DJ sets, and nightclub events. Breakfast is a continental/Italian buffet with yoghurt, fruit, muesli, pastries, eggs, cheese, and cold cuts, served from 07:00 to 10:30. Rates are €8 if pre-booked at check-in, otherwise €10. Kids' meals are available on request for an additional charge. Outside food and alcohol are not permitted in common areas - all consumption must be from the property's bar or restaurant.
