The hotel sits on one of Florence's most beautiful squares, directly opposite Brunelleschi's Ospedale degli Innocenti. The Duomo is a 5-minute walk away, and the Accademia Gallery is 150 metres down the street. Santa Maria Novella train station is about 15 minutes on foot. The area is lively at night, with students gathering on the piazza steps, but rooms facing away from the square offer quiet. The location is ideal for walking to all major sights, with the Mercato Centrale and numerous restaurants within a few blocks.

Rooms range from Classic to Deluxe, Panoramic Suites, and family suites. Standard rooms are compact, while Deluxe and Suite categories are more spacious. All rooms are air-conditioned and include a minibar, satellite TV, coffee machine, safe, and private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms have four-poster beds. The Panoramic Suite on the top floor offers stunning city views and a private terrace but requires climbing a few steps. Rooms in the annex building are located 30-100 metres away and, based on multiple accounts, may present issues with cleanliness, odors, and lighting. Soundproofing is limited: rooms near the elevator, stairs, and the piazza can experience noise from the street and hallway. Road-facing rooms may be disrupted by overnight gatherings on the square, while courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. Twin beds are available upon request.
