The hotel sits between Massena Square and the shopping boulevard Jean Medecin, placing everything within easy walking distance: beaches, old town, Galeries Lafayette (100 metres), and numerous restaurants and cafés around the corner. The Acropolis Congress Centre is a 15-minute walk or 8-minute tram ride. Tram line L2 from the airport stops at Jean Medecin, making car-free arrival straightforward. For day trips, the main train station Nice Ville is also within walking distance. Those arriving by car should note the hotel has no private parking; a secured public garage at Nice Etoile is 450 metres away.

Room categories range from compact Standard doubles to larger Superior rooms overlooking a quiet courtyard. Superior rooms are the largest and quietest option. Family rooms and quadruple connecting rooms accommodate up to 4 adults. All rooms include a private bathroom with shower (or bath in the triple), hairdryer, and complimentary tea and coffee. Road-facing rooms can be noisy; Superior rooms on the courtyard side are recommended for light sleepers. No rooms have a balcony. Some bathrooms are very compact, particularly in Standard and Comfort categories, with limited shelf space. Air conditioning is available but may be centrally controlled seasonally.

The breakfast buffet includes sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, ham, cheese, French viennoiseries, yoghurt, cereals, bread, hot drinks and fruit juices. The breakfast room is small, which can feel cramped at peak times. There is no on-site restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner. For other meals, the surrounding area is dense with restaurants, cafés and bakeries within a 2-minute walk, including bistros, Vietnamese takeaway and cookie shops.

The hotel does not have its own leisure facilities. Guests looking for pool or spa amenities should look elsewhere. The Promenade des Anglais and Nice's beaches are within a 10-minute walk.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and has good connection in all rooms. A 24-hour front desk can assist with taxi bookings, tour desk, car rental, or ironing equipment on request. Luggage storage is free both before check-in and after check-out, available from 07:00 to 20:00 daily. Daily housekeeping changes towels and makes the beds.
