The hotel sits in a safe, residential area of the 12th arrondissement, away from the tourist crowds. Numerous bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and a Franprix supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The Bastille opera house (3.1km) and Notre Dame Cathedral (5km) are easily reached by metro. For airport transfers, the RER A from Nation goes directly to Charles de Gaulle; a taxi to Orly takes about 25-30 minutes. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, but rooms facing the boulevard can pick up traffic noise.

Standard double and twin rooms are compact (some measured under 10m2), with a small bathroom that can be cramped - especially for larger travellers. Family suites consist of two adjoining rooms with a locked connecting corridor, accommodating up to five people. Beds are generally comfortable, though some rooms have narrow beds and thin pillows. Courtyard-facing rooms are significantly quieter than those on the street. Soundproofing between rooms is limited; noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms is common. Daily housekeeping is provided and rooms include a safety deposit box. A small lift serves most floors, but the top floor is reachable only by stairs.

The breakfast buffet is basic and consistent daily: bread, croissants, butter, jam, yogurt, cheese, and fruit. Some hot items (scrambled eggs, sausages) have been described as lukewarm. Coffee is from a self-serve machine. For a wider selection, several bakeries and cafés are within a 3-minute walk. The hotel also has a coffee shop for light refreshments and breakfast can be served in the room upon request. No other restaurant or bar is available on site.

The 24-hour front desk provides key card access, safety deposit boxes, and can arrange airport shuttles through a third party. Parking is very limited - only a few spaces in a small garage (2.45m wide, 5m long, height 2.10m); oversize vehicles cannot fit. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. A minimarket and a barber/beauty shop are on site. Wi-Fi is free throughout and generally works well, though some rooms have had weak signals. The lift serves the lower floors but is small and sometimes out of order; the top floor is stair-only. Payment by Amex, Visa, and Mastercard is accepted.
