RESIDENCE PALAIS ETOILE, Paris

The aparthotel sits in a quiet yet central pocket of Paris, directly across from the Palais de Congrès exhibition centre. Porte Maillot Metro station (Line 1) is virtually at the doorstep, with RER C and E lines and tram T3B also within a few minutes' walk. The Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées are a pleasant 15-minute stroll away, and the Eiffel Tower is reachable in about 11 minutes by RER. The neighbourhood feels safe and is well supplied with supermarkets, bakeries, and a wide range of restaurants. For airport transfers, a taxi to Charles de Gaulle costs around €50 and is more straightforward than public transport; Orly is 22 km away.

Each apartment comprises a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed (140 cm), a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and in some categories an additional single sofa bed (90 cm), and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and hairdryer. The kitchenette is well equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. All units are air-conditioned in both the bedroom and living room, have parquet floors, and feature city views. There is no balcony, but upper-floor apartments are noticeably brighter. Storage space is generous, and the combined washing machine/dryer is a practical bonus for longer stays. The sofa beds are comfortable and easy to fold, and the apartment can sleep up to five people - though no extra bed can be added. A detailed manual explains all appliances and local recommendations.

Wellness facilities are not available on site. The focus is on practical city accommodation with apartment-style amenities. For leisure, the nearby Parc Monceau and the Bois de Boulogne offer green spaces within a short metro ride.
