The Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées are a pleasant 15-minute stroll away, and the Eiffel Tower is reachable in about 11 minutes by RER. The neighbourhood feels safe and is well supplied with supermarkets, bakeries, and a wide range of restaurants. For airport transfers, a taxi to Charles de Gaulle costs around €50 and is more straightforward than public transport; Orly is 22 km away.

Each apartment comprises a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed (140 cm), a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and in some categories an additional single sofa bed (90 cm), and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and hairdryer. The kitchenette is well equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. All units are air-conditioned in both the bedroom and living room, have parquet floors, and feature city views. There is no balcony, but upper-floor apartments are noticeably brighter. Storage space is generous, and the combined washing machine/dryer is a practical bonus for longer stays.
