The decor is vintage Mexican with antique furniture, colourful mosaics, and a warm, home-like feel. Rooms are cleaned daily, and hot water is reliably available.

A continental-style breakfast is offered each morning, with fresh fruit, eggs, bread, coffee, and juice - cooked individually. The cost was 120 MXN and later noted at 140 MXN, both very affordable. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but dozens of dining options are within a 3-minute walk along 5th Avenue. A snack and drink vending machine is available in the hotel. The shared kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals, and a communal fridge gives additional flexibility for storing perishables.
