SUITES CORAZON, Playa del Carmen

All suites feature a king or two queen beds, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe, and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, electric stove, coffee maker, cookware and utensils. Studio and deluxe double rooms may include a patio with hot tub. Daily housekeeping is provided, and beach towels are available. Some older furnishings and occasional maintenance issues (e.g., window gaps, worn patio furniture, bathroom leaks) have been noted, but the rooms are consistently described as clean, spacious and well-laid-out. Balconies face the street and provide a functional outdoor sitting area.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and is generally fast enough for video calls (50-100 MB per floor). The 24-hour front desk provides express check-in/out, concierge services, tour desk, and luggage storage. Daily housekeeping is included; laundry and ironing are available for an extra charge. A safety deposit box is provided in each room. The property has a lift, soundproofed rooms (though noise from construction and street can still be an issue), and a designated smoking area. The airport shuttle costs $100-$120 USD each way or $180 USD round trip. Free off-site parking is available at a partner lot 3-4 blocks away.
