The hotel sits on a quiet side street off the main Koreatown drag, so it feels calm despite being surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores and a Don Quijote. Shinjuku's Kabukicho district and Golden Gai are within a 15-minute walk. Haneda Airport is 23 km away and reachable by train in about 40 minutes; Narita Airport takes roughly 70 minutes via the Skyliner and a transfer at Nippori.

Rooms are designed for single travellers or those spending most of the day out. The double and single units include a work desk, refrigerator, electric kettle and flat-screen TV. Some rooms feature tatami flooring and a futon bed, which adds a traditional Japanese feel. All bathrooms are private, with a bathtub that is a welcome comfort after long days of walking. While the space is tight - a 26-inch suitcase can be opened in the corridor but may partially block the bathroom door - the layout is efficient. Noise from the nearby train tracks and cleaning activity in the hallway can be heard, especially in rooms facing the station. The entrance from a side alley helps muffle street noise, and some rooms have been updated with more soundproof windows.

The hotel does not serve breakfast or run a dining facility. A coffee machine, hot water, tea bags and small packaged snacks are available in the lobby and on some floors at no extra charge. The immediate neighbourhood is Koreatown, with dozens of casual eateries and convenience stores within a two-minute walk. A Starbucks is also nearby for those who prefer a standard breakfast. The free offerings are sufficient for a quick start before heading out, but guests wanting a fuller breakfast should plan to buy food at one of the many surrounding restaurants.
