Ikebukuro Station (both JR and metro) is a 4-minute walk via the C6 or C1b exits, which have elevators for luggage. A 7-minute train ride reaches Shinjuku, 12 minutes to Shibuya, and 16 minutes to Ueno. Narita Airport is 70 minutes by rail; the nearest airport limousine stop is at Ikebukuro Station West Exit. The hotel sits in a lively area with Metropolitan Plaza, Echika, and Esola shopping spots within a 5-minute walk, plus dozens of restaurants (including 24-hour options) and a 7-11 convenience store. Despite being close to the station, the street is quiet and peaceful for sleeping.

Rooms are clean, modern, and well-organized. Each includes a washing machine/dryer (with detergent provided), microwave, small fridge, electric kettle, flat-screen satellite TV with CNN, air purifier/humidifier, personal locker, and safe deposit box. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower, hairdryer, and toiletries. Bed sizes include small double (140 cm) and standard double. Rooms are soundproofed and feature key card access. Some upper-floor rooms offer views of Mt. Fuji. Although typical Tokyo business-hotel size, the layout is efficient and many find them spacious enough for longer stays. No balconies or connecting rooms are available.

The hotel has no restaurant or bar. Breakfast consists of a meal set that you heat in the in-room microwave and eat at your convenience - ideal for flexible schedules or early departures. Asian and American options are available. For other meals, the surrounding area offers a wide selection of restaurants, including 24-hour establishments and a 7-11 convenience store. The lobby provides free freshly brewed coffee, water, and ice, and each guest receives a free reusable water bottle.
