The Westlake Light Rail station is a 4-minute walk, providing a direct 40-minute link to Sea-Tac Airport without a shuttle. Lumen Field (2 km) and Climate Pledge Arena (2 km walk or monorail) are easily reachable. The surrounding area is safe and walkable, with the monorail to the Space Needle two blocks away and numerous dining options such as Miller's Guild and Barolo Ristorante within 0.5 km.

Room categories include Mini Full (16 m²), Modern King, and double rooms.
