The immediate area is well-served by dining: eight restaurants and bars are within 0.5 km, offering options from Spanish taverns to Asian cuisine. For drivers, there is no hotel parking; the nearest public underground car park (Plaza Santa Eulalia, 50 m away) costs approximately 15€ per 24 hours. Due to its central location, street noise from the nightlife area can be considerable, especially at night.

The accommodation is in an advanced state of disrepair. Carpets are worn and stained, furniture is broken, and bathrooms often have mould, broken cisterns, and no shower curtain. Cleanliness is a major concern - floors, bathrooms, and bedding have been found with hair, dust, dead cockroaches, and general grime. Heating in winter and air conditioning in summer are frequently non-functional, and hot water is often unavailable for entire floors. Beds are old, uncomfortable, and squeaky, with thin bedding and sometimes mismatched bases. Noise isolation is very poor: conversations from neighbouring rooms and street noise from the nightlife area are clearly audible. Many rooms have very few working electrical sockets (often only 1-2, sometimes only in the bathroom). Windows in some rooms cannot open, and some rooms face a grim interior patio. The building has a lift, but it has been reported as broken or very dirty. A private bathroom is standard, but amenities like soap or hairdryers are often missing.

The hotel does not offer a pool, spa, gym, sauna, or any leisure facilities. There is no on-site entertainment or recreational area beyond a small TV lounge. This property is suited only for basic city centre accommodation without any wellness extras.

Free Wi-Fi is available but only works reliably in the reception area; signal strength in rooms is very poor or absent. A 24-hour front desk is staffed, but guests have reported finding the reception unattended at check-in time, requiring a phone call to gain entry.
