The JR Higashi Jujo Station (south exit) is a 2-minute walk, offering direct trains to Ueno, Akihabara, and Ikebukuro within 15-30 minutes. Shinjuku and Shibuya are reachable via a 10-minute walk to Jujo Station or a short transfer. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, with a 7-Eleven across the street, several restaurants within 300 metres, a pharmacy next door, and a police station nearby for added security. From Narita Airport, take the Keisei Line to Keisei Ueno, then the Keihin Tohoku Line; from Haneda, two train changes are needed. Construction work nearby may cause noise during 2026.

All rooms are compact and carpeted, featuring a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, and electric kettle. The private bathroom includes a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and toiletries. Economy rooms have a foldable table and a 14-inch TV; Standard rooms add a writing desk and a 16-inch TV, with some renovated in 2019. Bed widths are 120 cm (small double) or 140 cm (double); extra beds are not available. Rooms are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, safe, and clothes iron available on loan. Noise from the train tracks may be audible, though services stop between 1:00 and 5:30. Smoking rooms have persistent odour; non-smoking rooms are limited. There are no balconies or microwaves in rooms (shared microwave in lobby).

The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each room has a kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, kettle) for preparing simple meals. Across the street, a 7-Eleven provides snacks, drinks, and ready meals. Within a 3-minute walk, restaurants such as Tsuchikatsu, Ittoan, Obanken, and the bar THE バル (open for lunch and dinner, closed Wednesdays) offer local dining. For a wider selection, Jujo Station's shopping street is a 10-minute walk away. Self-catering is practical for budget travellers.

No wellness or leisure facilities are offered on site. For recreation, guests can explore the local neighbourhood, which includes a quiet residential area and nearby shopping streets. The in-room kitchenette and coin laundry are the only self-service amenities.

WiFi is free and reliable in all areas. Coin-operated laundry (200 yen per load) is on the first floor, and free luggage storage is offered before check-in and after check-out.
