Sumida Riverside Hall and Tokyo Skytree are within walking distance. The neighbourhood is busy with shops and restaurants, making it convenient for sightseeing, but the location also means the surrounding streets can be lively at night.

The hotel offers double rooms with one double bed, and family rooms with six single beds, each in a private room with a bathroom that includes a bath and shower. Rooms are air-conditioned and heated, and upper floors are reachable by lift. Private rooms have a private toilet and bathtub. Dormitory floors are mixed gender with 26 beds per level, including capsule-style lower bunks and open-top upper bunks. Storage is available on each floor but only small lockers for items like a wallet or phone are provided. Laundry bins and luggage are often visible on corridors, so expecting a tidy lobby area may not be realistic.

The hotel does not have its own breakfast service. If you book a rate with breakfast, you receive a voucher for a café (often an American-style restaurant) located a few minutes on foot, serving a basic set meal. For more variety, there are convenience stores (FamilyMart, Lawson, 7-Eleven) and numerous restaurants within a few hundred meters, including Asakusa Kagetsudo and several local eateries. The shared lounge on the second floor has a microwave, toaster, and water heater, so preparing quick meals from a convenience store is possible.

The on-site public bath is gender-separated and accessible for long hours each day, providing a relaxing soak after walking around Tokyo. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. There are no private shower cubicles - the bath area includes open shower spaces. Towels are not provided in the shared area, so bring your own (rental is available at the front desk).
