Iriya Station on the Subway Hibiya Line is an 8-minute walk. Tokyo National Museum is a 16-minute walk away, Shikian is 4 minutes on foot, and Ueno Park is reachable in 15-20 minutes on foot. A large supermarket, convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson), and restaurants are within a short walk. Haneda Airport is 23 km by road; regular trains run from Uguisudani to the airport with one change. The area feels safe and local, with its own bars and eateries.

Accommodation includes double rooms (16 m²) and queen rooms (20 m²) that can accommodate up to 3 people with an extra futon on request. Rooms feature air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and free toiletries, an electric kettle, refrigerator, flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix available), and free WiFi. The sink is located near the bed in some room layouts, with the toilet and shower in separate spaces - a functional design.
