The hotel sits in a confidential, quiet street of the 16th arrondissement, steps from Roland Garros, Parc des Princes, and the Eiffel Tower area. A 5-minute walk to Porte de Saint-Cloud Metro (Line 9) provides direct access to Trocadéro and the Champs-Élysées. The RER C station is also within a short walk, offering connections to Versailles. The Seine quays are 3 minutes on foot, and the Eiffel Tower is a 20-minute walk or 25 minutes via bus 24. Several supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. The area is safe and well-connected by public transport, though the hotel is a 40-minute metro ride from Montparnasse Station.

Room options include Single (11 m2, 1 single bed), Double/Twin (double bed or 2 single beds), and Triple (20 m2, 1 double + 1 single or 3 single beds). Each room has a private bathroom with a shower (no bathtub), air conditioning, soundproofing, an LCD TV with cable channels, a desk, a welcome tray, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms also feature a projector and smart lighting system. Rooms overlooking the courtyard are quieter, while street-facing rooms can be noisier. The double rooms are compact (standard double can feel very tight for two), and the shower cubicle is small. A few rooms have a balcony with rooftop views. All rooms are non-smoking. Evening noise from thin walls can be an issue; light sleepers should request a quiet room.

The buffet breakfast (14€ per person) is served in a compact breakfast room Monday to Friday 07:00-10:00 and weekends until 10:30. It includes hot drinks, fresh juice, pastries, bread, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit and occasionally scrambled eggs and gluten-free options. An express breakfast (hot drink + 2 mini pastries + yoghurt) is also available. For those preferring lighter or alternative options, several bakeries and cafés are within a 3-minute walk. There is no restaurant or bar for other meals on site, but 24-hour reception can advise on local dining. Free tea, coffee, and water are available 24/7 in the lobby.
