Located in the 17th arrondissement, the property is a 3-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The Charles de Gaulle-Étoile station (metro lines 1, 2, 6 and RER A) is at the same distance, making it possible to reach CDG airport via RER B without a transfer. The Eiffel Tower is a 30-minute walk away, and the Palais des Congrès de Paris and Espace Champerret are within a short walk. The immediate area is lively and safe, with numerous restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and a 24-hour convenience store on the same street. The vicinity includes a neighbouring bar that can produce noise until late at night.

The hotel provides single, double, and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms (bath or shower), free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Room size is compact; the bathrooms are notably small, particularly the shower enclosures in some rooms. Triple rooms accommodate three guests with one double bed and one single bed - no extra bed can be added to a double room. Several rooms have a balcony, and many offer a street view. Some rooms are on the ground floor or below street level, which can result in high noise levels and limited privacy. Room furnishings, decor, and carpets vary; some units are recently renovated, while others retain older furniture and parquet floors. There is no minibar or in-room kettle. A shared kitchen refrigerator is available for urgent needs. An iron and a tall mirror can be borrowed from reception.
