Located in a quiet, safe residential district, the hotel sits a 2-minute walk from Les Invalides (Napoleon's Tomb and Military Museum) and a 15-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. The nearest metro station, La Tour Maubourg, is 100 m away, providing direct access across Paris. Gare Montparnasse and Gare Saint-Lazare are the closest SNCF stations. Many attractions - including the Musée d'Orsay, Rodin Museum, Grand Palais, and Seine riverbanks - are within a 20-minute walk. Several bakeries, cafés, and restaurants (Le Centenaire, Les Parisiennes, Chez Les Anges) are within a 2-minute walk. Disneyland Paris is about 1 hour away by train.

Rooms range from 11 m2 single rooms to 28 m2 family rooms. Bed options include single, double (140-180 cm), twin (2 x 90 cm), and sofa beds. Some Superior Double and Triple rooms on the 2nd and 5th floors have a private balcony (not guaranteed). The Executive Club Room offers extra space, bathrobes, and slippers. Family rooms (24 m2) have two bathrooms, and the Family Room (28 m2) can accommodate 4 with 4 single beds. No room has an Eiffel Tower view. Electric outlets near the bed are available. A safe is provided in all rooms; no minibar is present. Rooms facing the inner courtyard tend to be quieter than those facing the street.
