Multiple bus lines (92, 93, 84, PC1, PC3) stop nearby, and the neighbourhood is residential and quiet in the evenings, with a range of restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries within a few minutes' walk.

Room types include Economy, Standard Double, Standard Twin, Superior Double, Superior Twin, Double Classic, and a wheelchair-accessible room on the ground floor. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite and foreign channels, a safe, a hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. Superior rooms have a separate WC and can accommodate a cot for children under 2. Some rooms have city views, and the Superior Double can accommodate an extra bed for children under 2. Standard rooms have a separate WC, but the shower area is separated from the sink only by a curtain, which can cause water to splash. Economy rooms are the most compact. The Double Classic has a workspace area. Rooms facing the road can be noisier, while those facing the inner courtyard are quieter. Some rooms are located near the lift, which can be audible. The hotel has a lift serving all floors.
